Description
Aerius for Children Syrup is the only over the counter allergy syrup suitable from 6 months of age for hives and from 12 months of age for allergic rhinitis.
It comes in a yummy bubblegum flavour, which makes it easy to administer to children, and a dosing syringe to measure the right dosage for babies as young as 6 months.
Dosage:
For Allergic Rhinitis:
1 to 5 years - 2.5 mL daily
6 to 11 years - 5 mL daily
12 years and over - 10 mL daily
Warning: Do not give to children under 12 months of age for allergic rhinitis. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
For Hives:
6 to 11 months - 2.0 mL daily
1 to 5 years - 2.5 mL daily
6 to 11 years - 5 mL daily
12 years and over - 10 mL daily
Warning: Not to be used in children under 6 months of age.

2.5mg desloratadine/5mL
