Description
Gold Cross Epsom Salts relaxes muscles and sooths joint stiffness, temporarily relieving muscle and joint aches.
Directions:
For muscle aches, cramps and pains:
Dissolve 375g in an average size bath of warm water.
Adults - Dissolve 15g into 250ml of water
Children over 6 years of age - Dissolve up to 10g in 120ml of water
Children aged 2 - 5 years - Dissolve up to 5g in 120ml of water
Other Uses:
As a fertiliser: Helps overcome magnesium and sulfur deficiencies in soil
As a fabric softener: Place 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts in the washing machine before commencing the rinse cycle.
As a laxative: Dissolve 5 to 15g (15g = 2 level teaspoons) in a glass of water, followed by another glass of water, preferably before breakfast.
Ingredients: Magnesium Sulfate B.P. 1g/g
Warning: During hot weather or when left exposed, Epsom Salts loses some of the water responsible for its bright crystalline appearance and may acquire a white frosted appearance. This has no significant effect on its properties. When being used as a laxative, do not use for prolonged periods of time.
Store below 25 degrees C.
